Healing Grief and Post Traumatic Stress with Energy Hands on Sacrum

In the fabric of remembrance,

each note a release,

each sigh a surrender

to the gentle embrace

of the present moment.

Here we lay down the armor,

the shields forged in battle,

as hands cradle the weight

of past and pain,

soft, unwavering,

a sanctuary of empathy,

where vulnerability blooms

like new petals in spring,

unafraid of the light.

The sacrum, a tender bridge,

where pain meets compassion,

an alchemy unfolds,

transforming the dark

into something luminous,

the gold of resilience,

woven through fibers of existence,

waiting, yearning to be discovered.

Breath flows in,

carving a new path,

inhaled slowly,

and released gently,

a cycle like the tides,

each wave a soft caress

for what was lost,

each ebb a letting go,

each flow a coming home.

Time stands still in these moments,

where energy courses,

and the body remembers

what it means to feel free,

to trust the ground beneath,

to rise from the ashes

of yesterday,

unfolding towards tomorrow,

a journey of becoming,

nurtured by self-love.

In this healing embrace,

we cultivate a garden

not of despair,

but of tender promises,

for every scar tells a story,

and every touch speaks a truth,

that even in the depths

of anguish and sorrow,

light still flickers,

and hands can heal,

unraveling the knots

woven tightly in the heart,

until only peace remains.
