My Body Shaking during Self Reiki Treatment on Bio Mat

On the soft canvas of the Bio Mat,

I lay, cradled by the gentle hum,

the warmth wrapped around me like a lover’s embrace,

a cocoon of energy, flickering and flowing,

as I rest into this sacred space.

The world outside fades,

a distant melody of life unfolding,

while my body becomes still,

yet the vibration rises,

a wave stirring within,

as the rhythm of my breath deepens.

My hands pressed lightly upon my heart,

I gather intentions like sunflower seeds,

each thought a whisper,

each sigh a release,

the universe listening,

cradling my hopes, my fears.

In this moment of stillness,

the quivering begins,

a gentle shaking, like leaves in the breeze,

each tremor a story, a memory,

woven into the fabric of my flesh,

years of laughter, of loss,

all echoing through time and space.

The energy swirls,

like a river seeking its path,

it rushes through my limbs,

a dance of light and shadow,

unraveling knots of worry,

the weight of unspoken words,

lifting as I breathe deeper.

I feel the pulse of life,

the cadence of existence,

a deep knowing surges forth,

I am not just these bones,

not merely this skin,

but the universe wrapped in a heartbeat.

The Bio Mat hums beneath me,

the warmth a blanket of healing,

and in this tremor, I find freedom,

a release of what binds my spirit,

the past slips away like sandcastle dreams,

melting into the ocean of my being.

As the frequency rises,

my body shakes with gentle vigor,

unearthing buried treasures,

hidden beneath layers of doubt,

the clenching of fear,

the shields I once wore so proudly.

I let it shake me,

each quiver a step deeper into trust,

a wave washing over, cleansing,

renewing, reviving,

the body a vessel,

the soul a compass.

I surrender to the rhythm,

the patterns that emerge,

a dance between the seen and unseen,

where every shake and shimmer,

resonates with the pulse of the cosmos,

a reminder that I am whole,

even in my fragments.

And when the trembling quiets,

I am left with an echo,

a gentle hum in the silence,

the breath of gratitude fills the room,

my heart a little lighter,

more open, more alive.

I start to stretch and move,

My body guides me into yoga poses,

No thinking,

Just listening to my body,

Allowing my body to do what it needs

to do to integrate the past two days,

Each session, a rebirth,

a journey within,

finding comfort in the unknown,

the shaking body,

a testament to resilience,

to the beauty of allowing,

and in this space,

I trust the flow,

I welcome the healing,

as I am cradled,

held by the warmth of the Bio Mat,

a sanctuary of self-discovery.
