Healing with my Animal Spirit Guide, Blue Heron

In the stillness of the morning light,

I sought solace in my darkest night,

With a heavy heart and weary soul,

I longed for healing to make me whole.

As I sat by the river's edge,

I felt a presence, a silent pledge,

A blue heron gliding through the air,

A graceful dance, beyond compare.

Its elegant form, a sight to behold,

A symbol of peace, ancient and old,

I felt a connection, deep and true,

As if it knew just what to do.

I closed my eyes and took a breath,

Embracing the moment, facing death,

For in my heart, I carried pain,

An invisible chain, a heavy stain.

But the blue heron whispered softly,

A gentle reminder, a promise lofty,

That healing can come in unexpected ways,

Transforming darkness into brighter days.

I opened my heart to this noble guide,

Trusting in its wisdom, by my side,

With each beat of its wings, I felt a shift,

A lightness, a clarity, a precious gift.

Together we journeyed, through valleys deep,

Where shadows lingered, where tears would weep,

But the blue heron never faltered,

Leading me onward, its presence altered.

Through forests dense and meadows bright,

We walked in silence, bathed in light,

And in the stillness of the night,

I found peace, a guiding light.

With each step, the pain grew less,

As the blue heron gently caressed,

My wounded soul, my broken heart,

Mending the pieces, a brand new start.

I learned to trust in the healing power,

Of my animal spirit guide, in this hour,

For it showed me the way, it showed me the way,

To find strength and courage, to face each day.

So if you ever feel lost and alone,

Seek the blue heron, let it be shown,

That healing is possible, that healing is near,

With your animal spirit guide, have no fear.

For in the dance of life, we all must learn,

To trust in the journey, to trust in the turn,

And with the blue heron by your side,

Healing will come, in its own time.
