Open the doors to a calm that’s sincere,


Breathe deep with intention, let worries subside,

Deep in the silence, a sanctuary waits,


Yearning for solace, where harmony states. 



Calm the storms raging within the mind’s space,


Allure of tranquility, a tender embrace,


Listen to nature, her soft, soothing song,


Meditate gently, where spirits belong. 



To nurture the body, a ritual sacred,


Keeps stress at bay, and the fears yet unbranded. 


Endure through each wave, let courage arise,


Posture stands strong, with resolve in your eyes. 



Trauma may echo, but find strength in the light,


Resilience will guide you through dark into bright. 


Amidst all the chaos, create your own peace,


Unravel the burdens, let suffering cease. 



Mindfully living, with love as your shield,


Embrace every moment, your heart will be healed. 


Never forget, you have power to sway,


Tranquility blossoms, come what may. 



Sow seeds of hope in the garden of care,


Trust in the journey, know joy will be there. 


Resilience and calm, hand in hand they will stay,


Embody the peace, keep the pain far away. 



Awake to the beauty, the strength that you own,


Yours is the spirit that bravely has grown.
