Waxing and Waning

Waxing moon, a gentle light,

As sorrows fade into the night.

A slow release, a healing tide,

Reaching depths where wounds reside.

Healing touch, a calming grace,

In shadowed corners, find your place.

Now breathe it in, the soothing balm,

Into your soul, a tranquil calm.

Ingather strength, with every breath,

New life awakened, conquering death.

Gentle solace, a tender hand,

In silent moments, understand.

And pain subsides, a lessened weight,

As weary limbs begin to straight.

Waning moon, a silver gleam,

Reflecting hope, a brighter beam.

And shedding tears, a cleansing rain,

Releasing burdens, easing pain.

Nothing lasts, the cycle shows,

Its ebb and flow, as everyone knows.

In time it passes, this aching plight,

Now find the sun, embrace the light.

Inner peace, a quiet rest,

Now gently lay your head to breast.

Growing stronger, with each sunrise,

In your own time, find your own wise.

Never give up hope's embrace,

Each step you take, find your own pace.

Gentle healing, in its own way,

Resting gently, day by day.

Relief is found in simple things,

As nature's song, softly sings.

I find respite, in the quiet air,

In quiet moments, gentle care.

Embrace the change, the constant flow,

Now find contentment, start to grow.

Feel your strength, rise up and shine,

Now let your heart and spirit twine.

Each passing day, a brighter start,

As hope rekindles in your heart.

:et the moon, guide you along,

With gentle solace, a healing song.

New beginnings, light will break,

The future waits, for goodness sake.

In all you feel, there is a grace,

Embrace the calm, find your own space.

Now find peace, and you will see,

A brighter dawn, awaits for thee.

Gentle strength, within you dwells,

As your heart mends, and pain farewells.

Healing journey, though it is long,

You are not broken, you are strong.

And with each step, and breath you take,

Your spirit rises, for goodness sake.

In time you'll heal, you'll find your way,

To brighter days, come what may.

New growth emerges, clear and bright,

As darkness yields to healing light.
